Dahlia Lee's San Miguel
Lee’s San Miguel (2024) 3” peachy bronze colored flowers on sturdy 4’ tall plants, these have an excellent vase life. Loads of gold tipped, pointed petals relax towards the stem, making a beautiful form and the green stems check the box for good cuts.
Lee’s San Miguel was names after the colonial town of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico- a place I have fallen in love with high in the mountains of central Mexico- at the doorstep of several endemic dahlia species. The color of this beauty reminds me of one of the historic colors the stucco homes are painted.
